We hope you are pleased with your purchase and satisfied with the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item purchased from the Store, please contact us. If the product is unopened and there is sufficient reason for the return, you may within 30 days of your receipt of the order, return the item for a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx. or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.

There are no returns allowed on books, videos, or CDs/DVDs.

Errors and Omissions:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Nutrico shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Nutrico shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Nutrico shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
